Service Scope

Gate Openers Jamaica (a division of Innovera) provides automatic gate installation, repair, and maintenance services across Jamaica. All services are subject to site assessment, parts availability, and scheduling.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided are based on the information you provide and are subject to change after a physical site assessment. Final quotes will be provided in writing before work begins. You are not obligated to proceed with service after receiving a quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required for new installations, with the balance due upon completion. Repair services may require payment upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties

Roger Technology products carry manufacturer warranties as specified. Our installation and repair work is warranted for 90 days from completion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, lightning strikes (unless surge protection was installed), or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits for installations may be refundable if work has not yet begun, minus any costs already incurred (e.g., ordered parts).

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe, quality work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses.

Site Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
