The Problem
New construction villa needed a secure, elegant entrance with automated double swing gates. Client wanted quiet operation and smart access control.
Our Solution
Installed Roger H23/284 underground swing gate motors (pair), integrated with RFID access control and remote entry. Added battery backup system for power outages and full surge protection.

The Result
